This is dry-cured in the shop with salt and sugars for 7 days and left for another 7 days to produce a dryer and more equalized bacon. Most of the time we leave the rind on. Won many great taste awards.

This is a wiltshire cure back bacon, 100 % British and unsmoked, or as us old folks call it green bacon,
We slice it slightly thicker than normal, but you can have any thickness you like.
