1 kg turkey breast, pheasant breast wild duck breast with pork, sage and onion stuffing
(roulade 2)
Ideal for 3 / 4 folks
Total weight 1.5 kg min :
Cooking 180 c for 1 hour 50 mins, or if you have a probe take it out at 68c, rest for 20 mins.
