This traditional hung turkey has been raised on a small scale farm in Lymington, in collaboration with poultry producer Paul Tanner. The birds have been reared to achieve up to three times the age of intensively produced birds, leading to a healthier turkey with a much higher quality of life.
If not stated when ordering we will use our sage and onion stuffing.

– Hung for 14 days to increase flavour and tenderness.
Note: The whole bone in bird was at least 7kg before rolling.
