
Produced from Hereford beef raised in Southampton, our Biltong won Best Snacking Charcuterie in the 2025
British Charcuterie Awards.
This year, we attended a course about making Biltong in cape town, after coming home, we tried a few batch’s. The one we liked the best, made with balsamic vinegar, we entered into the ‘snacking; category of the British charcuterie 2025 awards and won.
