1kg Turkey Breast Free Range Bronze

This traditional hung turkey has been raised on a small scale farm in Lymington, in collaboration with poultry producer Paul Tanner.

The birds have been reared to achieve up to three times the age of intensively produced birds, leading to a healthier turkey with a much higher quality of life.
