Wild Garlic Marinade is a robust flavour profile with pungent garlic notes.

GLUTEN FREE

Made using quality Rapeseed oil, unlike many other marinades, It’s low in saturated fat and is hailed for its health and nutritional benefits. Containing Omegas 3, 6 and 9 which can reduce cholesterol and help maintain healthy joint, brain and heart functions. Also as it’s high in mono-unsaturated fats, it is one of the only unblended oils that can be heated to a high frying or cooking temperature and not spoil its antioxidants, character, colour or flavour!

HOW TO USE
Stir contents with a clean spoon before use
Brush onto meat at between 8-10%
Can be added to a sausage recipe to create a new flavour – 250g to a 4.54kg (10lb) chop
Use in a stir fry at 8% usage to meat and vegetables.
Store in ambient conditions
Available in 4kg tubs.
