Beef Wellington 1.5 Kg

We make these in the shop with aged beef fillet, complemented by our own homemade chicken liver and roasted vegetable pate, which was one of only 3 of the top world awards for pates this year, our home cooked ham and mustard and encased in a golden puff pastry.

This is a good portion for 7/8.
