Love this burger, its courser cut than our classic burger, so falls apart better in the mouth.
folks ask, ‘ what is an aged rib cap’. In our beef ageing cabinet, we place the ribs of beef there to sit and age, this developed flavour and tenderises the beef. We then after 4- 5 weeks remove the eye of the rib and sell a rib eye steaks, leaving behind this slightly fatty and aged cap. So we mix this with something lean, like the ox heart and produce this wonderful burger.
The head development chef at wagamamma’s said it was the best burger he has every tasted.
